China's needle coke new production capacity in 2022 (attached table)

In the first half of 2022, China's needle coke total production is expected to be 750,000 tons, including 210,000 tons of calcined needle coke and 540,000 tons of raw coke. In the first half of this year, coal-series needle coke import volume is expected to be 20,000 tons; Oil-series needle coke import volume is expected to be 25,000 tons; China's oil-series needle coke export volume is expected to be 28,000 tons. According to ICCDATA statistics, by May 2022, compared with the beginning of the year: the price of coal-series and oil-series calcined needle coke in China has increased by 31%, the coal-series raw coke price has increased by 46%; The oil-series raw coke price increased by 53%; The coal-series calcined needle coke import price increased by 36%; The oil-series calcined needle coke import price increased by 16%; The coal-series and oil-series raw coke import price increased by 14%. In 2022, China’s needle coke production capacity will be increased by 1.06 million tons.
