1. How to screen? What is screening?

The material is divided into several particle size levels by sieving according to its size. IV. How to use vibrating screen properly?

1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection before the screen is started. All continuous fasteners should be reliable. Check whether the electrical components are faulty, whether the main shaft of the vibrator (screen) is flexible, and whether the bearing lubrication performance is good.

2. The starting sequence of the screen: first start the dust-proof device, then start the screen, and then feed evenly after it operates normally. The shutdown sequence is the opposite.

3. Pay close attention to the bearing temperature and lubrication system during the movement of the sieve.

4. During operation, pay attention to whether the screen has strong noise, the screen vibration should be balanced, and abnormal swing phenomenon is not allowed. When the screen swings, check whether the elasticity of the four support springs is consistent and whether they are broken.

5. During the operation of vibrating screen, the wear condition should be checked regularly. If excessively worn parts are found, they should be replaced in time.

6. Regularly check whether the screen is loose and whether there is material leakage caused by local wear of the screen. If found, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.

Ⅵ. What causes unqualified screening?

In carbon production, there are many factors that affect the screening purity, such as feed quantity, feed uniformity, mesh shape, motion mode of screen surface, particle shape and water content of materials, etc. If the feeding amount is large and the screen fabric layer is too thick, the purity will be reduced. If the feed is uneven, the purity will be unstable. Square screen inertia vibrating screen is widely used in carbon production.
