【Artificial Graphite】Increased Import and Export Volume in April

In April 2023, China's import volume of artificial graphite reached 1,332 tons, with a 13% month-on-month increase and a 6% year-on-year increase. From January to April 2023, China's total import volume of artificial graphite amounted to 4,603 tons. 

In terms of import prices, in April 2023, the average import price of artificial graphite in China was 73,989 yuan per ton, showing a 33% month-on-month decrease and a 7% year-on-year decrease.

In April 2023, China's export volume of artificial graphite was 48,986 tons, with a 3% month-on-month decrease and a 31% year-on-year increase. From January to April 2023, China's total export volume of artificial graphite reached 184,437 tons. 

Regarding export prices, in April 2023, the average export price of artificial graphite in China was 14,796 yuan per ton, showing a 16% month-on-month decrease and a 23% year-on-year increase.  Contact us for more information about the forecast of the artificial graphite market in June.
