However, the production enthusiasm among graphite electrode enterprises is low, with some reducing or halting production to cope with sluggish demand.

Demand Side: In recent years, a series of regulations and policies have been implemented, rapidly promoting technological innovation in graphite electrodes and gradually phasing out outdated production capacities. Additionally, domestic steel prices remain relatively low, leading to low profits or losses for many steel companies. Outlook: With the increasing number of large-capacity UHP electric arc furnaces in China, large-diameter UHP graphite electrodes are expected to be the future development trend. However, prices are likely to remain flat in the short term.
