Compared with the traditional Acheson furnace, the power consumption per ton of box type furnace production process reduced by 0.4-0.6 thousand degrees, and the production cost and carbon emission of enterprises are greatly reduced.  In 2022, the market share of box type furnace is expected to exceed 15%. However, due to its high technical requirements, most small and medium-sized graphitization enterprises in product stability, production line yield and other aspects still need to be improved;

3) The industry expanded production actively, and the capacity release was mainly concentrated in the second half of 2022. Affected by the gradual release of energy assessment indicators, graphitization effective capacity is expected to increase by more than 400000 tons in the second half of 2022, and is expected to exceed 600000 tons throughout the year. The situation of tight supply and demand is expected to be eased.
