On February 15, carburant market performance was relativly good, and the production supply and raw material cost provided support in two directions for its market. After the Spring festival, carburant market price was stable, and the early orders were executed for delivery. Local transaction price difference was obvious, superimposed with the causes of the epidemic, the transportation cost increased, and the industry transaction mentality was relatively positive. The price of raw materials upstream of the carburant, low sulfur petroleum coke and electric calcined anthracite was rising, the cost pressure of regular calcined carburant is large, and medium and high sulfur carburant cost continues to rise. The inventory of steel plants and foundries in the downstream carburant enterprises decreased, the production was high, and carburant demand was good.

Future forecast: with the superposition of Winter Olympics and heating season environmental protection, enterprises production restriction will intensify, the supply will decline, the cost support will be strong, and carburant price will rise.
